The base features a semi-transparent corset with wave-like stripes. The flowing skirt is crafted from multiple layers of airy tulle and shimmering organza, creating the illusion of water in motion.
Intricate lace, pearls, metallic accents, and tiny beads decorate the dress like treasures gathered from the sea floor. Every detail is designed to glimmer gently with each movement, as if touched by sunlight filtering through water.
