Meet Ganna - the co-founder of the studio, strict and responsible, but at the same time, incredibly attentive to each client.
Here are some facts about her:
✍️: What's your role in DressArtMystery?
👩: First of all, I communicate with clients. I am also engaged in textile and other materials searching, working process organization, costume packing, and a lot of other routine boring work which you usually don't think when sewing is just a hobby. I also organize photoshoots, work over new costumes creation, and do embroideries.
✍️: What is your tailoring experience?
👩: I began tailoring more than 12 years ago. In DressArtMystery I'm since its origin.
✍️: What do you love the most about your job?
👩: I love the opportunity to express concepts and thoughts in costumes. I like to select materials for orders, look for unusual laces & beads and see how customers are happy with their outfits.
✍️: What are you dreaming of and striving for?
👩: I wish to expand the range of embroidered costumes in stock and as the result - create a small embroidery workshop in our atelier. In the future, I would like to sew and embroider costumes for historical and fantasy films. At present moment I work on a few historical embroidered pieces
✍️: Tell me some interesting facts about you?
👩: - I love delicious food. А huge cup of latte with a cake is my island of escapism from the world for a short time.
- I like dancing. At present moment I mostly attend the jazz dances club, but I enjoy visiting dance and historical events either.
- I adore birds. For the last 15 years, I have had parrots. Because of my hair color, my friends often jokingly call me a flamingo.
- My other passion is travelling and antique collecting. Before the pandemic, I've been combining it with flea markets touring, where I look for various antique artefacts. It all started with antique lace and beads, then moved on to vintage jewelry and accessories. For example, the oldest chatelaine I have is approximately dated to the mid-end of the 18th century:)

  • Processing time

All items are made to order. Production time is usually 1-8 weeks (depends on the product).

  • Tracking the delivery of your order

Each package has a tracking number, which allows you to get information about its location online. There are many different online tracking resources. Such a service is provided by most postal services. There are also independent services such as

  • Estimated shipping times

  1. North America: 2-4 weeks
  2. Europe: 2-3 weeks
  3. Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
  4. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location.
    • Customs and import taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

    • Returns, exchanges and cancellations

    We accept returns and exchanges.
    Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
    Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
    We don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

    • The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
    - Custom or personalized orders
    - Items on sale

    • Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    • Policy on returns

    All items are thoroughly checked before they are sent out to you to ensure the quality of the product. However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it to us within seven days, we will amend and make good the item at no extra cost to you. Please make sure that the item is returned along with written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and address, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return. Please contact us before any return is made.

    • Policy on delivery

    Delivery is available worldwide. All EU orders will be sent by Ukrainian mail special delivery. Overseas orders will be sent by Ukrainian air mail special delivery. Please note that your country may impose custom charges, which we are not responsible for.
    It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately about any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.

    • Problems with delivery

    If the delivery time of your order has exceeded the deadlines indicated by us, and the tracking information is not updated - write to us and we will organize a search for your parcel.
    When the postal service searches your parcel and finds it, the parcel will be sent on to you. If the postal service declares the parcel lost, we will replace your order or make a refund for it of your choice.

    • Custom and personalized

    Custom items are made to measure, therefore exempt from distance selling regulations regarding cancellation. You can cancel an order for a custom item only within 48 hours from the time when order was placed. After this time we will not accept cancellations as your item will have gone into production. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted and items are not available on approval. We are not responsible for corsets and costumes made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
