However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it to us within seven days, we will amend and make good the item at no extra cost to you. Delivery is available worldwide. All EU orders will be sent by Ukrainian mail special delivery. Overseas orders will be sent by Ukrainian air mail special delivery. Please note that your country may impose custom charges, which we are not responsible for.
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately about any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.

Problems with delivery
If the delivery time of your order has exceeded the deadlines indicated by us, and the tracking information is not updated - write to us and we will organize a search for your parcel.
When the postal service searches your parcel and finds it, the parcel will be sent on to you. If the postal service declares the parcel lost, we will replace your order or make a refund for it of your choice.
